State-of-the-Art Exhibition and Technical Setup

In 2018, DEKRA e.V. invited 500 of its top executives to the Global Management Meeting in Dresden.
b&b eventtechnik was commissioned by zet:project GmbH to handle the event's exhibition construction and audiovisual technology, creating an impressive setting at the International Congress Center Dresden.
With eight semi-trailers full of equipment and a dedicated crew of 49 technicians and exhibition builders, b&b delivered the entire project over three setup days and one event day, fully meeting the client’s expectations.
For the plenary session, a custom stage featuring nearly 70 m² of LED screens was installed, alongside the debut deployment of the new TW Audio Line Array system, Vera20 and Vera S32 subwoofers. Over 200 Astera battery-powered lights illuminated the entire venue in DEKRA’s signature green.
In addition to the main plenary area, b&b also realized a spacious exhibition zone and a dedicated Q&A area.
