Exclusive Conference for Top Sales Executives

In March 2016, nearly 500 top sales executives from MB China gathered at the historic Werfthalle in Göppingen for an exclusive conference. A Stuttgart-based event agency commissioned b&b eventtechnik to handle the ambitious stage design, scenic construction, and technical implementation of this high-profile event.
The elaborate, curved stage was constructed with over 200 m² of wooden panels, elegantly finished with more than 300 m² of fabric and featuring nearly 120 m² of integrated LED screens. A striking, 30-meter-long illuminated strip built into the continuous front step added the finishing touch to this impressive design.
More than 110 kW of Fresnel lighting power spectacularly illuminated the stage, while 54 moving heads created dynamic accents and a warm, atmospheric ambiance inside the 80-year-old venue.
